About the CAN-AM Baseball League

The CAN-AM Baseball League (Windsor-Detroit) was created in 1993 by Windsor and Canadian Baseball Hall of Famer Bernie Soulliere.

League Commissioner Bernie Soulliere is a local, provincial and national volunteer for more than 40 years, has helped transform Windsor, Ontario into one of Canada’s baseball hotbeds.

The teams of the Windsor-Detroit Can-Am Baseball league are made up of ex-professional and current and former college baseball players.

The teams compete in both the Baseball-Canada and NABF-USA National Elimination Tournaments.

In 27 seasons of national tournament play since 1993, Can-Am teams have won 10 Canadian National Championships and 3 NABF-USA Championships.
